How to create a fraternity?

It's a pretty hard especially at a school with an established greek system. First you have to contact the national office of an already established Greek organization. Then you must get support and give them a plan how you will set up a "colony". A colony is chapter that is trying to be establish on a campus. The question is how are you going to recruit people to join you "colony" that may or may not succeed, when they have the option of already established chapters with parties, events and maybe a house. The time and logistics of the whole situation would be nearly impossible for one man to achieve, and gives me a headache when I think about it. Its hard enough already running an already established fraternity. If I were you I would just join one that already exists so you can have fun and don't spend all your time working
